“I Knew My Papa Would Walk Again”: Poetry on Alzheimer’s

In honor of the Dementia Arts Festival being hosted in Washington DC by the Alzheimer’s Poetry Project on September 20th, I present to you this touching spoken word piece written by a granddaughter about how her grandfather’s body was ravaged by Alzheimer’s disease.  For more information about the Dementia Arts Festival, click here.
